Registration to the PhD School will open in June for all participants whose submission has been accepted.

The registration cost is 100€. This covers:

• Lunches and coffee breaks for the three days of the PhD schools.
  

We will offer the participants to meet at some restaurants in the city center for diner if they wish to join, but diners and accomodations are not covered by the registration fees.

Registrations (only upon application acceptance) are paid by credit cards: https://tsldoc2024.sciencesconf.org/registration

Only for French organizations: you may pay by purchase order (see instructions below)

General terms and conditions and cancellation policy:

Registration will be validated on receipt of the payment or order form.

The invoice may be issued before or after the conference in accordance with the order forms received.

For online credit card payments, a receipted invoice can be sent on request by email to the following address: laurie.guerrault@imt-atlantique.fr

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the following address tsldoc2024@siencesconf.org

- For cancellations received before 1 September 2024 (inclusive), the registration fee will be refunded at 100%.

- No refund will be made for requests received after 1 September 2024.

- Registrations made by purchase order are subject to the same cancellation conditions.

Registration to the PhD School and workshop: because the two events are organized at different locations, registration has to be performed separately to each event. For the TSL workshop, please register on the workshop website.

Purchase order instructions (French organizations):

Please send your order form in advance to laurie.guerrault@imt-atlantique.fr

Receipt of the order form will validate the registration. A confirmation email will be sent to you for validation.

The invoice may be issued before or after the conference in accordance with the order forms received.

Registration fees include VAT (Exempt from VAT Art.261-4-4 of the CGI).

 The order form must include the following information:

• Surname and first name of the participant(s)
• Invoice address
• N°SIRET
• VAT number

To make invoicing easier, please group all participants from the same organisation on the same order form.
